Ellana provided cost estimating services for the renovation of a 38,100-square-foot, three-story laboratory building. The project included landscaping and new storm connections. The team provided costs and contingencies for all disciplines including abatement, protections, salvaged materials to support the re-installation of facade brickwork and ceilings. The renovations significantly improved interior configuration, aesthetics and thermal performance, and extended the life cycle of the facility.

The team also participated in reconciliation workshops to further reduce independent cost estimate figures.
