Columbia University - Manhattanville Development Phase 2

This project involves developing a detailed construction cost estimate for Phase 2 work at the Columbia University’s Manhattanville Campus development. We will provide cost estimates based on design documents and specifications, including detailed take-offs and related pricing.

The scope of work comprises the following elements within 4 levels below, grade, and street level:

  • Excavation and Foundations

  • Structural slabs

  • Fit-out to include all relevant interior construction, MEP and fire protection costs:

  • Level BG6 - Parking Program and stackers;

  • Level BG5 - CU Operation and Facility Shops, Manhattanville Central Loading Dock and Receiving;. Material service corridor

  • Level BG3 – Mechanical and Support MEP spaces for BG6 and BG5 program, utility tunnel

  • Level 1 – Temporary entrance/exit structures for Sites 7, 6B/6, truck and car entrance ramps
