Cost estimating and CM reconciliation for a new five-story academic facility that serves as a unified home to the Computer Science Department, Center for Statistics and Machine Learning, Center for Information Technology Polity and Princeton Institute for Computational Science and Engineering. The new data and computer science facility connects to the adaptive-reused Guyot Hall and features a flexible and reconfigurable space to accommodate growth and space evolution on the long term. Schmidt Hall includes high performance fenestrations, MEP systems and envelope, optimized daylighting with focus on natural daylighting and window shading, low carbon concrete, elimination of ILFI Red List materials, hybrid mass timber framing and decking, terrace renovations, and site work and landscaping. Ellana provided costs for all disciplines and included reconciliation meetings with the CM and the design team.
