Owner Representation Construction Management As-Advisor (CMa)
ELLANA provides its clients (Owners/Consultants) with the technical and professional needs for consistent, efficient and seamless project execution. As the CMa representative, we provide a balanced and consistent proactive approach to the project, creating a controlled process around logistics, administration and execution, in coordination with all project stakeholders.
When representing the owner during the life cycle of the project, our key focus is to establish a program that pushes the required measures to complete the project, on time and on schedule, and in compliance with the owners' contract. Our knowledgeable and experienced staff base allows for a structured approach to administer the project, managing project cost(s), cost analysis, feasibility and constructability, in a support based environment from our core cost estimating and engineering background.
In providing CMa/Owner Representation services we assist you in administration and performing your role as the owner by advising you on all pre-construction and construction related aspects of the project or task. Our project management teams focus on all responsibilities involved during the various phases of acquisition, assessment, planning, site preparation, design, construction and closeout of the project.
For existing facilities Owners our focus moves to mitigating impact to the end user, project logistics, coordination with project stakeholders and project administration. During the construction phase, our team works to ensure the achievement of all key industry hallmarks, including project team collaboration, labor harmony, fit and finish quality, a timely completion and, perhaps mostly importantly, within the cost and/or with a cost-savings against the project budgets.
Change Management: Our approach to change/cost management involves safeguarding your interests at every phase, from concept to design and from procurement through construction. We focus our efforts on cost management and ensure the design/design changes meet your needs and budget constraints. At every stage, we manage the cost and risk performance against targets and identify opportunities for improvement. As part of our cost management process, we work with the team to identify, and address potential risks to mitigate unforeseen issues and provide solutions to discrepancies or conflicts before they arise. Controlling this process allows us to advise the Owner/Consultants accordingly and mitigate potential impacts.
