Ellana provided cost estimating services for the 20,100 SF interior renovation and reconfiguration of a 19th-century two-and-three-story home that serves as a dining and reception facility atop a five-acre garden. The house is on the National Register of Historic Places and all changes required agency approval. The interior renovation specifies materials and finishes that meet performance requirements as set forth by Princeton University.

Alterations include new signage and wayfinding, A/V systems, furniture, finishes, equipment, security, and updated life safety and fire protection systems. The team was required to survey and consider how personnel interface with each other and provide recommendations to facilitate collaboration.
