Cost estimating, cost allocation; cost evaluations of the various design options; value engineering; and cost reconciliation with the construction manager for the renowned 250,000-square-foot WTC Memorial and Museum. The memorial features two reflecting pools ringed by engraved plaques; and a 120,000-square-foot museum, situated below the pools that makes existing foundations, slurry wall, and other elements of the site a part of the museum exhibit. Work included supporting mechanical and administrative spaces and a memorial plaza with architectural stone and landscaping..
