Cost estimating for a the fit-out of a new 12,000 SF building that features a welcoming entryway, nature and energy exhibitions, offices and classrooms. The building features a cross-laminated timber (CLT) façade and roof system, with geothermal wells. The fit-out included new partitions, doors, finished and high-performance MEP systems.
