ELLANA provided cost estimating services to JGArchitects for the proposed interior fit-out project at the Park Avenue Church in Manhattan, NY. The project scope covered the fit-out of new community facility spaces, which include a gallery, a social hall and kitchen, auditorium, choir practice rooms, donor wall, nursery and classrooms, and a pastor’s office and bathrooms. All associated MEP scope and tie-ins to existing systems.
