Ellana provided cost estimating services for the renovation of the 25,000 SF existing museum building at Snug Harbor. The existing landmark building undergo full renovation to accommodate museum’s galleries, offices and other support spaces on two of the four existing floors, plus cellar. Phase 1 work includes work in cellar and 1st floor, and phase 2 work covers work on 2nd and 3rd floors.
