This project involved providing owner representative and estimating services for the new four level fit out of trader floors and associated staff supports areas, for the new corporate offices of Moore Capital Management, at 11 Times Square, NY. Ellana was tasked with reviewing the CM-procured subcontractor bids and making recommendations on scope and price. We evaluated change orders for completeness and fairness. To assist in this effort, Ellana produced a fully detailed estimate based on the documentation used by the CM. The same methodology was used to complete the associated 2,922 square foot, $5 million fitness center.
