The scope of work includes demolition and new fit-out of the proposed IRS offices located at Two Metrotech, Brooklyn, NY. The fit-out covers 8,900 sf of the 1st floor area mainly for the public waiting and entire areas on floors 6 and 7 to accommodate proposed offices, Existing stairs/elevators and mechanical core areas are to remain without renovation.
The estimate will be prepared based on design documents prepared by HLW Architects dated September 7, 2011. The estimate will be prepared in CSI/Trade breakdown to outline costs of all proposed trades, i.e. general construction, mechanical, plumbing/fire protection, and electrical.
