The St. Mark’s School Residence Hall

Cost estimating for a new residence hall for The St. Mark’s School, a private boarding school. This brand new, three-story, 80,000-square-foot residence hall will feature single and double bedrooms for students and prefects, as well as apartment space for faculty and their families. The full project scope also includes new site amenities such as a viewing pavilion built into the hill that overlooks the school’s football field, new parking areas, and new outdoor circulation and communal spaces for the students. Design on the new residence hall is expected to finish in spring of 2019.
