Bridgeton High School

This K-12 project includes 69,500 SF addition to the existing Bridgeton High School and program driven renovations of 7,100 SF. The addition features new spaces to support an Early College High School education program, classrooms, labs, student services suite, gymnasium, and related support areas. Renovations include the construction of a new larger nurse’s suite in the existing student services area and a new life skills lab in place of a group of existing undersized classrooms. The project allows for the additional capacity of 326 student seats in grades 9-12.

Ellana provided cost estimates for this project. Our estimates include pricing for HVAC upgrades, finishes, fixed cabinetry, life safety systems, communications, electrical service to accommodate technology, concrete, roofing, fume hoods, and sitework.
