Success Academy Charter Schools is a growing charter school operator in New York City with 49 locations in the Bronx, Brooklyn, Manhattan, and Queens. One of the school’s goals is to enroll 10,000 more students in the next five years. Incorporated in 2006, Success Academy remains well known for its high test scores and 100 percent acceptance rate to four-year colleges and universities.

Ellana prepared a budget cost estimate for the 17,500 SF, three-floor tenant fit out at the Success Academy Charter School at 120 Wall Street in Manhattan. The scope of work included interior demolition, structural work for new stairs, MEP, finishes, and partitions. The estimate was fast-tracked through workshops and required Ellana to respond quickly to deliver the estimate.
