Ellana provided cost estimating services from schematic through CD documents for the new 24,000sf police headquarters in Malden, MA. The two-level facility includes 15 detention cells, garage space, administration, a gymnasium, and a support space typical for police stations. The CM for the project was selected prior to the Design Development stage, as such Ellana reconciled estimates with the CM, as well as providing VE input.
