The project scope covers the redevelopment of the existing Waldorf Astoria building. The Waldorf Astoria is currently a 47-story, landmark building with three sub-cellars containing hotel rooms, amenities, and support spaces. The objective of the project is to repurpose/refinish the space with residential apartments, service apartments, hotel rooms, fitness and spa centers, a ball room, and additional amenities. Work includes exterior façade repairs, structural repairs and alterations, demolition of interior spaces, interior fit-out, and MEP systems alteration to satisfy new mixed-use program.
