High Tech Towers

Luanda, Angola

This project involved providing conceptual and design development cost estimates for a new state-of-the-art 1,000,000 sf mixed-use project comprising in the heart of city of Luanda. The project features a 6-story podium with a 30-story hotel tower and a 33-story office/residential towers. Towers are connected by a sky bridges, the podium includes many functional areas and an extensive commercial retails.
