State Street Pedestrian Bridge

Hartford, CT

Nassau Insurance’s headquarters at One American Row in Hartford is known locally as the Boat Building. This iconic 24-story tower was built in the mid-1960s and remains a focal point of Hartford’s skyline. On level 4, there is an entrance to the building’s pedestrian bridge that connects to Constitution Plaza and a river walking path which is part of Hartford’s Riverfront Recapture.

This existing pedestrian bridge along with the stairs will be demolished and replaced.

Ellana served as cost estimator for this project. Our estimate included pricing for bridge pier cladding, rainscreens, aluminum composite panels, concrete, aluminum wire mesh railings, lighting, and landscaping elements.
