Ellana assisted HAKS, the design team during Conditions Assessment Report stage and design development of the exterior building envelopes repairs/replacement to comply with the Local 11 Laws. The scope of work includes cost estimates preparation based on the recommendations during report phase, and 90% drawings and specifications during design phase. The project includes 30 buildings at Pomonok development.
