TWA Building 60 - Adaptive Reuse/Exterior Improvements

This project involved providing initial planning, design development, and construction-document cost estimating services for the design team throughout the interior/exterior renovations of the iconic TWA Terminal (Building 60), designed by Eero Saarinen, at JFK. The estimates were grouped into various construction packages consisting of: Interior Renovation Work; Exterior Improvements; Curtainwall; and Skylight Repairs. JetBlue’s new Terminal 5 is connected to the Saarinen building through the original tubes.
