City of Long Branch - Phase 2 Oceanfront Pier and Ferry Terminal Marine

Ellana provided construction cost estimating for Phase 2 of the Oceanfront Pier and Ferry Terminal Marine project. The Phase 2 contract scope of work requires a holistic integration of all criteria in order to support the City’s selection of a design concept (with a suitably shaped, right-sized pier) and verified program in order to produce a design that achieves the City's objective of effective transit of infrastructure that simultaneously maximizes tenant revenues, attracts visitors, nurtures transit, and reduces capital costs.

Cost Estimating services will be performed during the Preliminary Program, Preliminary Physical Concept Design, Program Concepts, and Physical Concept Design.
