Ellana provided cost estimating services for immediate repairs to damaged structures and emergency relocation and future mitigation options for the long term improvement of the Veteran Administration Buildings damaged during the “super” storm. The VA locations were:

• Manhattan VA – Temporary Relocation of Primary Care Clinics to 10 West

• Manhattan VA Medical Center at West 23rd Street – Repairs to damaged areas throughout including architectural repairs, and mechanical/electrical alterations and replacements
