Ellana provided design development, construction document cost estimates, value engineering, and cost savings studies for a new 140,000 SF, 10-story Marriott Residence Inn Hotel in downtown Stamford. Project controls services were provided to the developer during the construction of the new Courtyard By Marriott. The new structure, completed in 2005, is a new 113,000 SF, 115-room room luxury hotel designed by Harvey Kaufman.
