ELLANA provided Sanford Golf Design with cost estimates for the proposed construction of the Ferry Point Golf Course in the Bronx adjacent to the East River and the Whitestone Bridge. The project entails turning a 222-acre former landfill into a PGA-regulation, 18-hole, 72-par, links-style public golf course to be built as a City-funded capital project. The golf course would take up 190 (85%) of the project’s 222 acres.

Services included preparation of cost estimates for the following buildings/structures on the site: Entry Sign; Wash-Down Area and Chemical Storage Facility; Maintenance Building foundation and structure; Comfort Station; and Rain Shelter foundation and structure.

ELLANA also provided project-management-related services for construction of the entry sign for permit expediting, reviewing and processing of shop drawings, product data and samples, and responding to RFIs, and site visits, submission of field reports & punchlist.
